Ingredients

cup
frozen raspberries
1/2
lemon, juiced
1-1 1/2
tablespoons
maple syrup
depending on how sweet your raspberries are

cup
vanilla bean yogurt
Instructions
Mash the frozen raspberries with lemon juice and maple syrup.
Place some of the raspberry mixture into your popsicle mold, then put in some yogurt and finish with the raspberry.
Top with sticks and then allow to freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.
