Maple Snickerdoodle Popcorn is the perfect sweet snack to make at home. Easier than cookies, but with the same warming flavors, your kiddos (and you!) will love this easy recipe.

  • Heat 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 kernels of popcorn and wait for them to pop. Once the kernels start to pop, add ½ cup popcorn kernels, cover and allow to pop, shaking occasionally until popping slows to a near stop.
  • Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
  • Whisk together 1 tablespoon coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon until well combined. Pour over the popcorn and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with a few pinches of salt, mix again and taste. Serve immediately with additional salt to taste.
