Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple and Peppers Recipe

In a blender combine the ingredients for the marinade. Pour over pork chops and allow to marinate for at least a half hour.
Heat up a grill pan and and cook pork chops until cooked throughout.
Meanwhile in a large pan cook the coconut aminos, peppers, onions, garlic and ginger.
Once the peppers are getting soft add in the pineapple.
Chop your pork chops into bite size pieces and add into the mixture of peppers and pineapple.
Cook for about 2 minutes together before serving.
