Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the jar of a blender and process until smooth.
  • Place the blended mixture in popsicle molds and freeze until frozen through, 8 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!
