- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Place all the ingredients in the jar of a blender and process until smooth.
Place the blended mixture in popsicle molds and freeze until frozen through, 8 hours or overnight.
