- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup yogurt, fruit variety, nonfat
- 2 medium banana
- 2 cup, whole strawberries
- 1/2 cup, chopped walnuts
- 1 cup large chips chocolate chips, semisweet
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 12 standard cupcake liners
In the bottom of a cupcake liner, scoop flavored yogurt (mash strawberries into plain if you want.)
Top yogurt with slices of bananas. mash some strawberries, for strawberry sauce. Scoop strawberry sauce on top of bananas.
Top sauce with slices of strawberries. Add one scoop of vanilla yogurt.
Add more sliced bananas and strawberries.
Melt some chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
Sprinkel with walnuts and coconut. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
