We put whole wheat kernels (or whole wheat berries) in a blender to make these super fluffy pancakes! That’s as 100% whole grain as you can get!

Put milk and wheat in a blender. Blend on high for 4 minutes, or until batter is very smooth.
Add and blend on low, eggs, oil, baking powder, honey and salt.
Bake on a hot griddle by pouring out in 1/4 cup portions.
