Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Blend fruit and yogurt together.  Pour onto prepared silicone mat.

To dehydrate in the oven

  • Place oven on 200 degrees an cook for 5-6 hours.

To dehydrate in a dehydrator

  • Turn to 160 degrees and cook for 3-5 hours depending on your specific dehydrator.
