Almond Apricot Candy Recipe for Healthy Kids

Ingredients

Liquid

Solids

  • 1 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup chopped or sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Mix liquids altogether in bowl with a spoon.
  • Then stir in the solids (you may have to use your hand)
  • Mix all ingredients.  Chill in the fridge until it's not so sticky, and easier to handle.
  • Roll into balls.
