- 4 roll (1 oz) ROLLS, DINNER, WHOLE WHEAT
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 cup arugula
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup snow peas
- 4 cup, diced watermelon
- Slice rolls in half. Spread hummus on each roll, layer with arugula, lettuce, slice of tomato and avocado, top off with second half of roll.
- Cut in half and serve with watermelon cubes and snow peas.
