Wholegrain Goodness Sandwich

  • 4 roll (1 oz) ROLLS, DINNER, WHOLE WHEAT
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cup arugula
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 4 cup, diced watermelon


  • Slice rolls in half.  Spread hummus on each roll, layer with arugula, lettuce, slice of tomato and avocado, top off with second half of roll. 
  • Cut in half and serve with watermelon cubes and snow peas.
