  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 4 medium banana


  • Cut each banana into slices or chunks.
  • Place wheat germ into a small bowl or container, and peanut butter (or other nut butter) into another (or divide into equal portions and give each child their own).
  • Have the children first dip the bananas into the peanut butter and then into the wheat germ.
  • Enjoy!
