- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 4 medium banana
- Cut each banana into slices or chunks.
- Place wheat germ into a small bowl or container, and peanut butter (or other nut butter) into another (or divide into equal portions and give each child their own).
- Have the children first dip the bananas into the peanut butter and then into the wheat germ.
