Wheat berries & Honeydew
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup wheat berries
- 4 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
- 1 melon (6″ – 7″ dia) honeydew
Instructions
- Place wheat berries and water into a large pot. Bring to a boil then turn down to low, cover and simmer for 40-60 minutes. Allow wheat to become plump; drain water.
- Serve berries topped with yogurt and walnuts, honeydew slices on the side.
