- 2 medium apple
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 1 cup granola
- Chop apples and place on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Layer the apples, yogurt, granola in a glass (or cup).
