Ingredients

  • 2 medium apple
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  • Chop apples and place on a microwave safe plate.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Layer the apples, yogurt, granola in a glass (or cup).
