  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 medium pear
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cup spinach


  • Core and dice apples and pears; toss in a bowl with lemon juice.  Dice celery; add all ingredients, except spinach, together in bowl with apples and pears.
  • Serve fruit salad on top of a bed of spinach.
