  • 4 medium bell pepper, red
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup grapes


  • Slice off the top of the peppers. Remove core section with seeds.
  • Slice bananas; divide grapes and bananas and place inside the pepper. Once you have finished the fruit, tear the pepper apart and eat.
