  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 medium banana


    1. Blend coconut water and protein powder first. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
