- 1 cup hummus
- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- Using a divided lunchbox insert or separate containers, add each ingredient to a lunch box. The yogurt and frozen berries may be placed in same container and the fruit will thaw throughout the morning.
