  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 2 ounce cream cheese, low fat
  • 4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 ounce Swiss cheese
  • 8 leaf lettuce, romaine
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/8 medium onion, red

Serve With

  • 4 stalk celery
  • 2 cup strawberries


  • Slice pita to make a ‘pocket.’
  • Spread inside with cream cheese and mustard.
  • Stuff pita with sliced avocado, turkey, sliced cheese, lettuce, spinach, and sliced onion.
  • Serve with celery sticks and strawberries on the side.
