- 1 medium avocado
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 ounce Swiss cheese
- 8 leaf lettuce, romaine
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/8 medium onion, red
- 4 stalk celery
- 2 cup strawberries
- Slice pita to make a ‘pocket.’
- Spread inside with cream cheese and mustard.
- Stuff pita with sliced avocado, turkey, sliced cheese, lettuce, spinach, and sliced onion.
- Serve with celery sticks and strawberries on the side.
