  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red


  • Thinly slice cucumber, apples, and bell pepper.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese into each pita; add turkey, spinach, and cucumber and apple slices.
  • Serve with pepper slices and any remaining apples and cucumbers on the side.
