  • 4 piece flatbread, plain
  • 8 tablespoon hummus
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup grated carrot

Serve With

  • 2 cup, cubes watermelon
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red


  • For sandwich, slice focaccia longways, spread each slice with 1 tablespoon hummus. Layer with 1 serving of turkey, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup carrots.
  • Serve immediately, with watermelon balls and sliced red bell pepper.
