Turkey & Cranberry Sourdough Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 slice, medium (4″ x 2-1/2″ x 1-3/4″) bread, french
- 2 cup arugula
- 4 tablespoon hummus
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 4 serving Turkey breast meat
- 4 fruit clementine
- 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2″ – 8″ long) celery
Instructions
- Top sandwich with hummus, arugala, cranberries then turkey.
- Serve with clementines and celery sticks.
