  • 2 cup arugula
  • 4 tablespoon hummus
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 4 serving Turkey breast meat
  • 4 fruit clementine
  • 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2″ – 8″ long) celery

Instructions

  • Top sandwich with hummus, arugala, cranberries then turkey.
  • Serve with clementines and celery sticks.
