Turkey Caesar on Ezekiel
Ingredients
- 4 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 8 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 cup grapes
- 8 medium carrots, baby
Instructions
- Grate parmesan, mix with mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Toast bread and spread parmesan mixture onto one slice, top with turkey, lettuce and remaining slice of toasted bread. Serve with a side of grapes and baby carrots.
