- 4 medium pear
- Thinly slice celery; chop cashews, apricots and green onions. Mix these ingredients with mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper. Spread onto toasted bread, layer with a serving of sliced turkey and lettuce, top with second slice of bread. Serve with pears.
