Tuna Cucumber Sandwich

  • 10 ounce tuna, canned in water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 medium rolls, dinner, wheat

Serve With

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries


  • Drain tuna and add to medium bowl with yogurt, lemon juice and chopped cucumber; mix well. Fill rolls with tuna mixture and serve with tomatoes and berries on the side.
