Think spring with these cute and simple tulips made from carrots, cucumbers, and cheddar cheese! This fun snack is easy enough for everyday eating and darling enough to share at a class party or play date.
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 medium carrot
- 8 ounce cheddar cheese
- Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Slice into half rounds.
- Peel carrots, and slice into rounds. Make 3 petals on top of each carrot round with small knife.
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- Place a toothpick into each cube of cheese. Top with a slice of cucumber, and finally a carrot flower. Enjoy your tulip vegetable garden!
