Tropics Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mango cubes, frozen
- 3 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Cut the fruit into smaller pieces, and then grab some cute cups or tall glasses.
- Layer fruit, yogurt, and granola into each dish. Top with a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkling of coconut, and a drizzle of honey to taste.
