- 2 medium avocado
- 3 medium tomato, red
- 15 ounce black eyed peas, canned
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing, low fat
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
- Dice avocados and tomatoes. Drain and rinse black-eyed peas.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
