Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomato, red
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, red
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 2 ounce pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 sprigs cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cup water

Optional

  • 15 ounce black beans, canned
  • 1 cup corn, frozen
  • 2 ounce tortilla chips
  • 2 medium tomato, red

Instructions

  • Puree the first 10 ingredients. 
  • Pour them into a soup pot and warm through.
  • Add any optional ingredients to give the soup more texture.
