  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 medium apple


  • Wrap a serving of ham and cheese inside a tortilla; use sauce for dipping. Cut carrots into strips and slice apples. Serve immediately.
