- 9 ounce tortellini pasta
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 2 ounce Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
- 4 medium orange
- Cook tortellini as directed on package; allow to cool.
- Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces. Dice onion and tomato, removing the seeds. Add all veggies to a large bowl. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, dressing, and cooled tortellini.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled with sliced oranges on the side.
