- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup watermelon
- 4 stick string cheese
- Lay out bread slices and spread with hummus. Slice tomato.
- Add tomato slices and spinach to bread, and sprinkle with salt.
- Slice sandwiches in half and serve with watermelon and cheese sticks on the side.
