  • 4 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Serve With

  • 4 medium kiwi


  • Toast bread and spread with hummus.
  • Slice cucumber; peel and slice kiwi.
  • Add slices of cucumber to bread, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with kiwi on the side.
