The Green Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium lemon
- 1 medium banana
- 2 medium pear
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup kale
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 teaspoon ginger, ground
Instructions
- Peel lemon and banana. Slice pears and remove the core sections; peel as well if desired.
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add additional juice or water if needed until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a lemon wedge, banana slice, and/or cilantro leaf.
