Ingredients

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pieces mango
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil. Add oats and salt; stir.  Allow water to come back to a boil; watch carefully to avoid boiling over.
  • Reduce heat to low; simmer to desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Top with mango, coconut, and cashews.
