  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins, seedless


  • Combine oats, coconut milk, and honey and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, dice apple and add to oats, along with pecans and raisins.
