  • 2 medium sweet potato
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 4 stalk celery
  • 2 cup sugar snap peas


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Poke potatoes with fork 2-3 times and wrap in foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve with sliced turkey breast, yogurt topped with grapes, celery sticks, and sugar snap peas.
