Sweet Granola Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 medium apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Dice apples and toss with lemon juice.
- In a bowl, layer the chopped apples, cottage cheese, and granola, side-by-side.
- Sprinkle all ingredients with chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Slightly swirl everything together and serve!
