A Meatless Lunchable
Ingredients
- 2 cup green beans
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
- 4 ounce colby-jack cheese
- 1 cup almonds, whole
Instructions
- Divide all the ingredients between each lunchbox or other sealable container.
