  • 1 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 leaves mint, fresh
  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain


  • Slice bananas and strawberries; mix in a large bowl with blueberries, chopped fresh mint and yogurt.  Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator.
