- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup blueberries
- Cut each bread slice into quarters and then into triangles.
- Slice strawberries. Using a peeler, peel some strands from a celery stick.
- Using the photo as a guide, place the bread onto plates, followed by strawberries. Add celery strands and Brussel sprouts for the ocean floor. Finally, add blueberries for the finishing touch.
