  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Cut each bread slice into quarters and then into triangles.
  • Slice strawberries. Using a peeler, peel some strands from a celery stick.
  • Using the photo as a guide, place the bread onto plates, followed by strawberries. Add celery strands and Brussel sprouts for the ocean floor. Finally, add blueberries for the finishing touch.
