Shape-It Sandwich Lunchbox
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium carrot
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup grapes
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- Spread almond butter onto each of 4 slices of bread. Drizzle with honey and top with second slice of bread. Cut into cute shapes and serve along with the veggies, grapes, and granola.
