- 4 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup, sliced strawberries
- 1 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
- 4 tsp, ground flaxseed, ground
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp honey
- Heat water to a boil, add salt and oats and return to a boil; reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until oats are tender.
- Stir in the toppings and enjoy!
