Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey, ground
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
- 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
- 2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 can diced tomatoes, canned
- 2 cup black beans, canned
- 2 cup kidney beans, canned
- 1 cup peppers, jalapeño
- 1 cup corn, frozen
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Toppings
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 medium avocado
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Cook ground turkey for 8-10 minutes or until browned and no longer pink.
- Dice onion and jalapeños (if using), chop peppers, and drain and rinse beans.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker; cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Top each serving with yogurt and a slice of avocado, if desired.
