  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 3 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium onion, red
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 2 medium banana


  • Mix mayo with chili powder; slice avocado and red onion into thin strips; peel carrots and cut into sticks; and cut bananas in half.
  • Spread mayo mixture onto 4 bread slices, then top with remaining ingredients; finish with remaining slices of bread, forming 4 sandwiches.
  • Serve sandwiches with carrot sticks and bananas on the side.
