Sandwich Skewers
Ingredients
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium orange
- 1 medium kiwi
- 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 8 wooden skewers
Serve With
- 2 cup corn, frozen
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Cut bread, apple, orange, kiwi, and cheese into bite-sized pieces and alternate on skewers along with blueberries.
- Serve with corn and sunflower seeds on the side.
