- 4 ounce tortilla chips
- Peel the husk from the tomatillos and rinse. Roughly chop and add to food processor. Peel avocado, remove pit and add to food processor.
- Roughly chop garlic, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, honey, and salt.
- Give it a whirl in the food processor until you reach desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
