Peanutty No-Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 8 cracker (2-1/2″ square) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup, packed raisins, golden seedless
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2/3 teaspoon honey
- 2/3 ounce coconut flakes
Instructions
- Grind graham crackers in a food processor.
- Combine ground graham crackers, raisins, peanut butter and honey (2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons) in a small bowl.
- Pat into 8 cookies and press lightly in coconut.
