  • 6 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 medium lemon


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees; toss sugar snap peas with olive oil, sea salt and juice of lemon.
  • Lay peas flat on baking sheet and roast for 6-7  minutes. Serve immediately.
