Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Toss the asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray; roast for 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice before serving.
