- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 4 oz colby cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and dry zucchini; slice into thin pieces and then line up on a baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto each zucchini slice; sprinkle with shredded cheese and then bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
