- 4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup Wheat germ
- Place 1 cup yogurt in a small bowl, line outside of bowl with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, top yogurt with grated carrots, wheat germ and finally 1 slice of strawberry at the center. Repeat for 3 additional servings.
